Cancellation & No Show Policy
If our guest are unable to keep their scheduled appointment, we appreciate a call 24 hours in advance. This allows Shockoe Salon to schedule and service our other guest.
Canceling an appointment with less than 24 hour notice impacts our Stylist and the opportunity to service other guest. We understand the sudden emergencies of life that require adjustments of your appointment date and or time. Therefore we have developed a policy that is sensitive to our clients lives and enforces a policy based on not just one cancellation, but two (2) cancellations.
In the case of two (2) cancellations with less than 24 hour notice, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the cost of the scheduled services. We also reserve the right to ask the client to provide a credit card to book future appointments.
More than one (1) No Show will be handled the same as cancellations. We reserve the right to charge a No Show fee of up to 50% of the cost of the scheduled services. We also reserve the right to ask the client to provide a credit card to book future appointments.
